For orders, please email/sms your name, contact number and your orders at least a day in advance (before 3pm) and the location that you want your meal to be delivered.
Catering services are available as well. We provide FREE delivery to Novena Square, Square 2, United Square, Tan Tock Seng Hospital and IRAS.
To enjoy free delivery outside our free delivery zone, simply order $50 or more. For delivery less than $50, a fee of $5 to $10 will be charged. Email us your exact location to get an exact delivery fee. ( We will be publishing our delivery fee chart soon).
How late can I order?
3pm the day before the food is to be delivered is the cut off time.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is required for cancellation.
What is the best way to reheat my food?
For most items you can put the food in the microwave for 1min on high. Our packaging is microwave friendly. Our fish dishes are cooked to perfection so we recommend eating it little chilled if you cannot eat it straight away. As our fish is so delicate in nature and carefully prepared, we do not recommend microwaving it as it may get overcooked.
Do you do catering?
Yes! Fitness Gourmet would be delighted to cater for any event you may have from a casual morning tea to a large corporate event. We believe healthy gourmet food should be available to everyone and would be happy to provide you with catering options for your event.
